Child, Adolescent & Young Adult Therapist

Helping children, teens, and young adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges through compassionate, individualized therapy.

Hey there, I'm Stephanie!

I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 10 years, helping kids, teens, and young adults tackle life's ups and downs.

If your child is dealing with anxiety, your teen feels swamped, or you're a young adult trying to figure out life’s big changes, therapy can be a game-changer. Let’s find the support and tools you need to keep moving forward.

I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel accepted, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work on some practical coping skills while aiming for that lasting emotional growth.

My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and ready to build your confidence and tackle whatever life throws your way.

Helping college students and young adults navigate independence, relationships, career decisions, anxiety, and life transitions.
